About an Order

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be dispatched upon payment.  The items will be sent by regular mail within Australia and can therefore take up to 6 working days to arrive.  For remote areas, delivery times may vary. 

I haven’t received my order?

I am after a specific product, can Splendiferous Jewellery help?
If you are after a certain item, contact us on  and we will be more than happy to look into whether or not we can source this for you.

I don't have a credit card, how else can I pay?  
We accept cheques and money orders.  However, goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.  Please email us at  if you would like to purchase an item and you do not have a credit card. Cheques and money orders can be made out to Splendiferous Jewellery.

I have a complaint, who can I contact?
Should you have a complaint with the service or goods that we provide, please contact us by email on . We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours.
